Question:
My RealPlayer won't download YouTube videos?

So I have used Real Player since 2010, and I understand the program fairly well.
Recently though, I had to download Google Chrome rather than Internet Explorer, and Real Player has had some difficulties on Google Chrome.
The current problem I have is that when I go to a YouTube video I want to download, the "Download This Video" or "Download to iTunes" does show up- and allows me to click on it.
But, once I click, nothing pops up.
There is no new video files in my iTunes library or in my Real Player Downloads folder on my PC. Does anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?
I have tried re-installing the program, enabling the extension, disabling it- I think there must be some sort of settings problem that I "unchecked" or something, because the Download pop-up where I should see the current downloads and then be able to "convert" them is not showing up. Any advice would be extremely helpful!
Thanks.

Get Mozilla Firefox. Click Tools > Add-ons > Search for video downloaders. The one I use is "ANT" and works very well. Go to link below.
