Need help with getting my YT channel off the ground?

Does anyone wanna help me with my YT channel? I wanna do what Yogscast sorta do. Scripts, and stuff. I need ppl to edit videos, help make banners for each video, make stuff for me to find while playing minecraft. Etc, alot of what Yogscast do. If you can help, plz send me a message on twitch! MY ? is why does each body hate her. She is any such good singer. a minimum of i can spell sing unlike so human beings.
