There is no clearly-defined cause and resolution to

this basic error message. The way I understand it

is that it's most likely a temporary communication

breakdown between your computer and someone's

server -- either your ISPs, YouTube's or any route

that your "uplink" might take. That's why it's a "1.1"

-- nobody really knows.

Here's what I was able to find for you on Microsoft's

support website. I have also included for you the full

URL address, followed by its direct link.

I hope that my answer has been at least helpful 4U.

CAUSE

This issue can occur because the Hypertext Transfer

Protocol (HTTP) 1.1 is used with Internet Explorer 5

and later to gain access to OWA, and the HTTP 1.1

protocol is not supported by all firewalls. If the HTTP

1.1 protocol is not supported by the firewall, certain

packets from the client are blocked and you receive

the error message in the "Symptoms" section of this

article.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, implement a firewall solution

that supports HTTP 1.1 packets.

WORKAROUND

Modify the firewall so that the firewall passes all the

HTTP packets regardless of the protocol

Don't worry the same exact thing is happening to me. I tried looking for a solution myself and found your question here instead. Just know that it's not just you. Still, it could be just me and you plus a select few people. I too am using the Mozilla Firefox Internet browser. Videos are suddenly not loading or showing up and I keep getting that error:

Http/1.1 Internal Server Error

Update: I can't even get onto YouTube anymore, it's just an error now. It could be a virus, I know my computer already has some viruses because we didn't purchase the anti-virus program.
