How Can I Get my Youtube Video On The Most Discussed List?

I have done it before and I was like #40,
So only one person found my video.
Anyways, Does anyone know a way I can get there?
I dont think it is about getting the most comments, because my Youtube video had only like 2 comments at that time.

Based on the fact that I have done this before, am I able to go on the most discussed list a second time? A third time? A fourth time?
Is there an unlimited amount of times to get in the most discussed list?

Anyways, ( If you are curious) LOL.... Hehe
Can you (yahoo answers audience) comment, rate, subscribe on my video? [It is my first and only video on Youtube :P]

my video is on that list right now. Just make something u know will be popular. Like a video on a popular tv show or book or something, something lots of people will like. Mine is only so popular because I scabbed some spoiler photos for a next episode of House and made a video lol. Everyone likes spoilers and all that.
