Youtube background problem?

every time i enter the URL of the pic in the bar, i can see it in the "Channel Prewiev" but at the beginning of the page it says "Please enter a valid Background Image URL ". Isn't it valid?? 'Cos i can see it in the Channel Prewiev ! whats the problem...?

The URL can only contain 64 characters.
