Do I have to make a google account to create a youtube account?

Hi, I've just tried to make a youtube account and it's telling me I have to make a Google account to create a youtube one. Is it possible that I can make a youtube account without having to create a google account? Thanks.

No, Not now..Google has launched and implemented new private policy, in which you have to create only one account to access any google product. Although youtube is a google product.



You just create a google account to access youtube, or you can login with any old google account.

I wouldnt see why you would need a google account I have a youtube account and dont have a google account.. Hope you get it figured out, sorry I couldnt be of more help!
