How to put Youtube videos on Microsoft PowerPoint 2003 on XP?

I don't want to download any unnecessary software because I'm low on disk space. Any help would be appreciated. i tried to make a rip on vixy.net but the sound didn't show and the video didn't move. it just disappeared. PLEASE HELP!
