How do I get more Subscribers and Views?

Question

I would like to know how to get more subscribers and views on youtube. Don't say make better videos and good content I already do that. (I make sure there 1280x720, Make sure quality is up to standards and audio is perfect) There are plenty of methods I've heard, Like using bots to increase views, Promotion sites Likenation, Sub4sub, Subxcess etc. But what I would really like to know is... What are some "good methods" that will get me heaps of views. Please dont mention good content I get that part.

On facebook add all the ppl that send you request even though you don't know them and be friendly with them. And then just post on your wall hey everybody come watch my video I just uploaded to YouTube... that's what I did and I have 1843 subscribers and I only have one video up...

Make sure your fb is public so when someone likes your video fb post their friends will like it and their friends friends etc... good luck..
