Youtube stops after a few seconds?

Question

I'm on a college computer, so I'm behind a proxy. The proxy does allow youtube through, but on any computer I use, the video plays for 2 seconds, resets, plays for 1 second, then gives up and calls it a day.
I have cleared my cache, and disabled hardware acceleration. No joy.
Any ideas?

Most of the free proxies don't support videos due to bandwidth try some vpn service if you know about them or search on google

You may have blocked by proxy setting.
