check out this one

1. Right-click in the standard youtube video window (non-full

screen).

2. Choose 'Settings...' from the Flash Player's pop-up menu.

3. Uncheck the 'Enable Hardware Acceleration'

4. Click 'Close'.

Full-screen should now work, or at least it did for me. Some kind of

Flash incompatibility with latest Firefox build, it would seem. I am

running vista, so maybe that has something to do with it, as well.

Good luck!

The solution to your problem could very well depend on which

version of "flash" you have installed.

While the video is in regular mode (not "full screen"), right-click

on the video itself. From the drop-down menu, click "Settings".

If you get 5 icons on the very bottom row, you might be in luck.

The first 2 icons should both show you a monitor. Click the one

that features a graphic on the bottom of its screen (usually the

first icon). You should thus get "Enable hardware acceleration".

Whatever the box shows you, click the opposite, and then click

on "Close". This seems to be the solution for quite a few people.

Although this advice seemingly contradicts Macromedia's own

website, you can always double-check for yourself. Here is the

If this does not work for you, and you have the useless Google

Web Accelerator, trash it -- it actually ruins your YouTube.

Also, stay away from YouTube's beta homepage and any stupid

utilities or downloaders that people here on Y!A may be shilling,

because their responses have absolutely nothing to do with your

question, and their products may actually worsen your problem.

Besides, what kind of boffo answer is [my paraphrase]: "Although

you can't access or watch videos properly, get this downloader."

If all else fails, you might have to go to your "control panel" and

tweak the colors of your "screen resolution" to "16-bit".

Whatever happens, I would very much appreciate it if you could

let me know which solutions worked (and which ones did not)

wrong (respectfully). each app window this is designed for long-term use (browser, MS word, and countless others.) has a re-length corner, the shrink perfect. Drag the heck out of that corner to make Safari appear as if internet Explorer. Open a 2d window and do the equivalent. close those and open a modern-day window. approximately ninety 9 proportion possibility it is going to likely be set to your very final view. If no longer, re-length yet lower back. All OS X re-accepted domicile windows "think approximately" (set a option document for) what you placed because of the fact the repeated option (2 or extra situations chosen) on your window functionality. What drives me bananas is as quickly as i circulate to my chum's laptop and the exhibit screen is robbed definitely by utilising 1 window. does no longer he understand be taught the thank you to multi-project? Geeze, I even have 5 domicile windows open actual now, staring at Jeopardy in one. advert the extension under to offer Safari a toolbar with an determination for IE mode. one extra concept: Use Boot Camp to put in domicile windows.

You can try to download the vid before watching.

I'm using Moyea flv downloader. It downloads very fast with high quality and supports full screen.

And it is FREE.

It is very easy to handle.

You needn't get the url when downloading the vid.

Just press "start recording"

Click in the page where the vid is playing

The downloader will automatically save it to your hard disk.

Then you can watch it with the embeded flv player.

You can search "flv downloader" on google.com for more info.

computer or network may be too slow..

try Opera webrowser.. may just load faster in full screen, and re-install latest flash.

get the latest flash player, and install it.. make sure all the browsers are NOT running during installation...

OR ..

this can help you... Use 'zillatube'

It helps you downloads the videos and view them offline at bigger screen better and smoother, if needed.
