How to get more subscribers on YouTube?

Im posting up my first video soon!! And for after i start uploading more videos i want to know how to get more subscribers and views? Its a beauty channel!! If your interested my user name is PixieLove134 <3<3 My goal is to become a reasonalbly popular beauty Guru :) Please help?!?! 10 points for top answer!! :D Thank you!!

You must have good material. And you need to have this material to be a renewable topic.

Give people a reason to subscribe. Is your channel funny? Is it informative? Why would people want to watch more than a single video? Remember, most people watch YouTube clips to be entertained.

Make it easy to subscribe, and remind people to do so. This doesn't mean spending a long time begging for subscribers, but maybe just a quick reminder. Mention it at the end of the video, or maybe for a second at the beginning. With the annotations feature, use it to create a small box on the side.

Professional looking videos earn more subscribers. Would you rather watch a fuzzy video took shot via camera phone, or would you rather watch an HD video with professional sound quality?

Keep your subscribers! Once you get subscribers, keep them! Continue doing what you're doing, with the same style and personality.
