How to change youtube video thumbnails to anything?

I saw a lot of people having customized thumbnails on youtube...I only have 3..Is there any way to change it?

The customization of YouTube thumbnails is only a feature for YouTube Partners, standard users only have the 3 choices, way to change it? Well you could apply for a partnership...they may or may not accept you. Otherwise no way :)

Good enough Go to my videos. In finding the video, and click edit. On the edit page, in the event you scroll down, you see thumbnails. I consider there may be 3 photo that you can pick. As for deciding upon different thumbnails, no longer certain if ya can do this, but I may be wrong. Excellent success

The whole YouTube Partner process is a little obscure. I elected to monetize my videos, and several months later the "Custom Thumbnail" option suddenly appeared. So it is possible that if you monetize your videos, some day the option will appear, but then again maybe not.
