Question:
Can I keep newly uploaded videos on Youtube from being "rejected"?

I've had a youtube account for three years and I upload nothing but copyrighted material. They are videos I edit with clips from movies mixed with music from various soundtracks. I currently have 23 videos online, and last year four of them (which all were available to watch for at least three months) were blocked due to copyright claims. Recently two of them were "rejected" and counted as a strike in copyright infringement.

One of the strikes occurred last January due to a video I uploaded on a second account I don't use too often and the video was the trailer for VH1's I Love Money 2. Incidentally another user uploaded the trailer on the very same day I did and it is still available to watch today.

On my first and most used account I got one strike for a video I uploaded 3 days ago. I didn't get strikes for the videos that were simply blocked, but they did count for videos that were rejected after only lasting a few days. If I get one more strike then both of my accounts will be terminated and I won't be able to make another one. I do not want to lose my original account because I would like to keep the videos that escaped the claws of copyright claims for people who enjoy them. And I do not know which videos I upload in the future will count as a strike and which ones won't.

The reason I made the second account in the first place is because I wanted to upload videos that didn't fit in with my original account, but I recently found out that all accounts you create are connected and it's the same as having only one. I assume the reason for that is because I entered the same email address for both. Is there a way I can keep my newly uploaded videos from being "rejected" so that if they do get removed eventually they will just simply be blocked? Would it help if I switched the public viewing option to private, or put no descriptive words in the tag section? Or instead of putting my account into further risk is there a way to create a new account with a different email address so that it is not connected to my other ones?

Any useful information and advice is appreciated, I'm not looking for the "Just stop uploading copyright" stuff.

From the very beginning, YouTube has had policies against uploading copyrighted materials, but those policies weren't strictly enforced. That's why, even though you were breaking the rules (you admit to that), you didn't have any problems at first.

Now YT is cracking down and scanning during uploads for illegal content. They have begun closing down on occasion for "maintenance" (a.k.a. house cleaning... they're clearing out illegal content).

Your closing remark acknowledges that you already know what you need to do, but you feel that this is not an option.

What you're looking to do is to continue breaking the rules, but find a way that you won't get caught and you want us to help you.

If you're not willing to obey the rules and you're not willing to hear the advice that will help you, then you are on your own.

I hope it was fun while it lasted.

No ," not worth it" every thing that coming out is not permanent later, it will fade away, and some of it are not irrelevant for minors viewing, and will not share any positive in life approaches. especially those with some sexual porno exclusively for adult only, I thought it should be manage will because it is strictly for matured person only. and" rest assured nothing good value" they will just confused the minds of the kids not a for a good cause and sound mind as individual in the future. So I find it not supposed to be up loaded for public viewing especially the videos. that contained some indecency or with some sexual porno for subscription this just my honest opinion.
