There is a program called Easy Video Downloader, just do a search for it in Download.com, but it's really easy to use. Find the video you want to download, copy the URL from the address bar, then paste it into the box on the program. Choose what format you want it in (you can choose between AVI, MP4, or keep it the same as a Flash video), then click start. It takes only a little bit to download, I think the longest time I ever had was a half hour, but it can also be as short as maybe 1 and a half minutes. I guarantee you that it's safe, free, and easy.
