You can't. Make lots of friends, get them subscribed, make a video, send bulletins to friends.

Technically if you could pull off messaging all users of youtube it will be hell on the servers. Especially if everyone knew how to do it.

you can only send messages to all of your friends not all users you just go to the lower left hand side of your channel and it says broadcast a message to all of your friends
