how do i convert a .nvc(nero video) to an mpeg or avi format to upload to you tube?

just made a photo slideshow tribute to my brother in law who just passed away dec 11 of leukemia. the file is a nero file .nvc and i would like to somehow convert it to an mpg file so that i can upload it to youtube so that other family members, who are unable to attend the services, are able to see it
