i downloaded this film but the sound is not working?

i downloaded a film of a well known website my friend recommended to me. And i was gonna download the same film that she did and we watched it on her computer fine, sound was working and everything. so i downloaded it for myself on my computer and i downloaded other films as well and i went to watch the film that was working fine on my friends computer and my sound was not working so i tyred the other films and the sound was working fine on them. How can i get the sound back for my film its one of my favourite xxx

Try buying the film instead of illegally downloading it

Try to download it again... Possibly an error while downloading. Also check your audio settings in the media player you are using. I am not sure about formatting problems, but you can check.

Perhaps, next time download from a legal website and pay for the content.
