If any person experiences then you definately sure, in case you are particularly trying to get views, then do not promote, get views the reasonable manner, by uploading fascinating movies. Advertising is a waste, and will get you nowhere. Hope that helped :)

U can't get blocked but some ppl don't like it if u search up sub 4 sub center that'll give u a load of views hope this helps
