Question:
I want to put a video on youtube, how can I keep it from getting deleted?

All I want to do is put music in a video so people could listen to it, but I guess i need to give it credit to someone, but i don't know who or how because i found the song on Tumblr, and the song isn't anywhere to be found on youtube or anywhere else. I also put that dispute that supposedly works, but it still got deleted. Help? It already got deleted twice.

Adding disclaimers or giving credit means absolutely nothing... your video will still be violating copyright laws and YouTube policy. If you want to use a song on your YouTube video, you'll need to obtain written permission from the song's copyright holder. That is the only way to legally do it.

If you steal something and get caught, you can dispute it all you want, but that doesn't change the fact that it is stolen property. That's why your dispute didn't work... because you didn't prove that you owned (or had permission to use) the property.

YouTube isn't the site to upload some song that you happened to find online and like... it's for uploading videos that YOU make.

Follow the copyright laws and state the disclaimers name and give credit to Artists in the description or title.

Songs no longer get deleted. The studios allow them they just put ads on your vid. Just put a disclaimer like you did here
